Bulkmatic Fuel Surcharge
Effective December 12, 1999 Bulkmatic Transport Company applied a fuel surcharge to all line haul charges. The surcharge is 1% for every $0.06 per gallon increase or fraction thereof, which is summarized in the schedule below.

big part of our business is rail-to-truck transloading. We have
chosen to work with the RR’s rather than fight them. This
business has grown steadily for over 30 years. Today, Bulkmatic
