Job Description: At Bulkmatic you are more than just a truck driver. You'll operate pneumatic equipment, manage relationships with customers and be empowered to make the right decisions for your deliveries - All while being part of a team that leads in the dry bulk shipping industry.
Home Time:
In the Omaha/ Council Bluffs area our drivers do a combination of local and regional work. The open position is on 2nd Shift-- start times are usually between 2 p.m.- 5 p.m. The current drivers average less than 2 nights on the road each MONTH. Bulkmatic provides hotel rooms and a meal allowance for all overnight stays. There is some weekend work at this location. Drivers can expect to work one day every other weekend-- you get extra pay when working on the weekend.
Pay:
Our drivers in the Omaha/ Council Bluffs Area currently average between $90,000- $105,000 per year. Ask our recruiters about the recently Increased Weekly Safety Pay Incentive that allows Drivers to earn extra cash each week!
We are currently offering a $3,000 BONUS at this location.
About the Job:
Being a driver for Bulkmatic is a more physical job than driving for many other companies. Two-thirds of your time will be driving. The rest of the time will be loading, unloading using the pneumatic systems and interacting with customers. We have extensive training on our safety procedures and the pneumatic equipment. No Pneumatic Experience Required.

Job Requirements:
- Be at least 23 years old
- Must possess a valid Class A CDL with at least 1-year Tractor Trailer driving experience.
- Driving Experience should be within the past 10 years; within the past 5 years is preferred.
- Be physically and mentally qualified to drive a company vehicle and possess a valid medical certificate as defined by the FMCSA
- Must not be disqualified to drive a commercial motor vehicle under the rules and regulations set forth by the FMCSA
- Meet all the requirements and be able to perform all of the tasks and essential duties of the job description
- You must have a valid CDL Class A license in the State that you reside in or in cases of recent relocation the ability to change license within 30 days.
- Must have a clean or acceptable driving record
- Ability or operate/inspect equipment safely
