Job Description: Bulkmatic Solutions is seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to identify and develop new business opportunities within the transportation and logistics industry. This role is responsible for proactively soliciting customers, generating freight opportunities, and supporting revenue growth by building strong customer relationships and delivering transportation solutions.
The ideal candidate is energetic, customer-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. They will collaborate closely with Operations, Carrier Sales, and Customer Service teams to ensure customer needs are met while driving volume and profitability for the business.

The pay structure for this position is a base salary plus commission with full benefits.

Job Requirements: Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively contact prospective and existing customers daily to identify new freight opportunities and business growth.
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers through phone calls, email communication, and virtual meetings.
  • Coordinate with Operations teams to develop transportation solutions that meet customer requirements and demands
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure successful execution of customer shipments.
  • Utilize Salesforce to manage customer interactions, opportunities, and sales activities.
  • Leverage Revenova and other transportation management systems to support customer solutions and operational execution.
  • Prepare customer quotes, proposals, and pricing recommendations.
  • Monitor market trends and customers need to identify growth opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate records, reporting, and activity tracking using Microsoft Office and company systems.

  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to sales and customer engagement.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
PreferredQualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Sales, Supply Chain, Logistics, Transportation, or a related field.
  • Experience in sales, account management, business development, transportation, logistics, or supply chain operations.
  • Experience using Salesforce, Revenova, or similar CRM and transportation management systems.
