Job Description: At Bulkmatic you are more than just a truck driver. You'll operate pneumatic equipment, manage relationships with customers and be empowered to make the right decisions for your deliveries - All while being part of a team that leads in the dry bulk shipping industry.
Schedule:
At our York location our drivers do a combination of local and regional work. Drivers will be home most nights. Currently drivers at this location average 1 night out per week. There will be weeks when you are home every night, but then there will be weeks when you have to go out 1-2 nights based on customer needs. Drivers are given a hotel room and a per diem for nights on the road. There issome weekend work required. The drivers at this location average 1-2 weekend days per month.

Drivers at our York, PA location currently average between $85,000- $100,000. Bulkmatic has a lot of work at this location so we are able to offer a Weekly Pay Guarantee for the first year of employment!! While you become proficient at using the pneumatic equipment, we will guarantee you will earn at least $1600 per week while hauling loads. Please call our recruiters for details!

About the Job:
Being a driver for Bulkmatic is a more physical job than driving for many other companies. Two-thirds of your time will be driving. The rest of the time will be loading, unloading using the pneumatic systems and interacting with customers. Wehave extensive training on our safety procedures and the pneumatic equipment. No Pneumatic Experience Required.

Job Requirements:
- Be at least 23 years old
- Must possess a valid Class A CDL with at least 1-year Tractor Trailer driving experience.
- Driving Experience should be within the past 10 years; within the past 5 years is preferred.
- Be physically and mentally qualified to drive a company vehicle and possess a valid medical certificate as defined by the FMCSA
- Must not be disqualified to drive a commercial motor vehicle under the rules and regulations set forth by the FMCSA
- Meet all the requirements and be able to perform all of the tasks and essential duties of the job description
- You must have a valid CDL Class A license in the State that you reside in or in cases of recent relocation the ability to change license within 30 days.
- Must have a clean or acceptable driving record
- Ability or operate/inspect equipment safely
