Job Description: We're looking for reliable, safety-focused Shuttle Drivers to join our team in the Chicago area! This role is different from our standard driver position because there is no loading or unloading of pneumatic trailers. It is a drop and hook/ no touch freight position.
Home Time:
Shuttle drivers in Griffith will be on dedicated runs that require 1 night out per week. Some weekend work is required for this position. Drivers should expect to work one day every other weekend.
Pay:
Shuttle Drivers are expected to average between$90,000- $100,000 per year.We also offer a$2000 Sign-on Bonus to new Shuttle Drivers!Ask our recruiters about the recently Increased Weekly Safety Pay Incentive that allows Drivers to earn extra cash each week!

Job Requirements:
- Be at least 23 years old
- Must possess a valid Class A CDL with at least 1-year Tractor Trailer driving experience.
- Driving Experience should be within the past 10 years; within the past 5 years is preferred.
- Be physically and mentally qualified to drive a company vehicle and possess a valid medical certificate as defined by the FMCSA
- Must not be disqualified to drive a commercial motor vehicle under the rules and regulations set forth by the FMCSA
- Meet all the requirements and be able to perform all of the tasks and essential duties of the job description
- You must have a valid CDL Class A license in the State that you reside in or in cases of recent relocation the ability to change license within 30 days.
- Must have a clean or acceptable driving record
- Ability or operate/inspect equipment safely
